  3. Registered society benefits: As only registered society could collectively own property or file for legal proceedings on behalf of the society.
  4. Societies are managed by the state government, So, you should submit the application for society registration to the concerned state authority where the society’s registered office is located.

  2. Duplicate of the Memorandum of Association, Rules and Regulations with the certified copies.
  3. An Affidavit from the President or Secretary of the society which states the relationship between subscribers.
  4. Address Proof of the registered office of the society and a No objection certificate from the landlord.

Submission and Registration:

You shall filed the Memorandum, Rules and Regulations, with the required documents with the concerned Registrar of Societies in State, along with the prescribed fees. If the registrar finds it satisfactory they will register the society.
